I’m delighted you are interested, here are a few details about what to expect:

1. What you share is confidential, none of your information will be shared with anyone without your consent, "except as required by law”.

2. We will meet on Zoom for 60 minutes. The meeting details will automatically be emailed as part of the booking process.

 

3. We will lightly discuss your understanding and experience of coaching, as there are various coaching traditions, and Integral Coaching®️ is distinct.

 

4. We will explore what to expect on a coaching journey, as you may have question having read  About Coaching.

5. We will explore your topic, your why, and take a look at how you want to show up in the future, so that I can assess if I have the experience and skills to collaborate with you.  If required, I will offer to connect you with another professional.

6. If we resonate, I can work with your why, and you are interested in proceeding, we will discuss in a short meeting the next day. Whilst I have a standard fee of £60.00 per coaching conversation, some clients pay less due to financial or other circumstances.
